ManufacturingEukaryotic Cell Bank
A GMP environment for eukaryotic cell bank manufacturing projects
Since its creation in 2000, the team at Clean Cells has handled hundreds of different cell models, including the generation of cell banks in R&D and GMP contexts and in vitro adventitious virus detection assays. The team’s versatility and a unique expertise in cell culture, have been pivotal in their successful design and optimization of numerous processes.
Clean Cells has worked with multiple sponsors worldwide on GMP projects and offers the full range of services for the generating Master and Working Cell Banks (MCB, WCB), used in the production of vaccines, gene therapy products and recombinant proteins, including monoclonal antibodies. Manufacturing activities, at Clean Cells, are supported by validated, strict environmental controls and cleaning procedures.
Additionally, our facilities are equipped with long-term storage in-house, both in GMP, and non-GMP environments, and comprehensive cell bank characterization packages are also available and can be offered in compliance with GMP requirements.
Clean Cells also offers non-GMP production services for R&D related projects.
Our services cover:
- Adherent cell cultures (flasks, multiplates) or suspension cell cultures (flasks, erlen flasks or wave bioreactors)
- Manual or automated filling
- Controlled-rate freezing available
- Numeration : ViCell® or NucleoCounter ®
- Up to 600 vials
